Long time no talk!

So it's been a while. Does anyone even use blogger anymore? 

Either way I felt the need to update here. I've hardly been posting anywhere anymore because...well unfortunately life hasn't given me the time to make videos or take photos anymore. I have a full time job now and I also really don't have a dedicated space for my doll stuff. It's all been packed away for quite some time now, so I haven't been able to make videos because of that. 

I'm getting married later this year in October, and my fiancé and I will be moving out when we do get married, so I'm hoping that that's when I'll finally have my own space again and then that'll motivate me to actually make videos again. 

I really do love and miss it, and my channel is what helped me figure out what I wanted to go to college for.

I have so many ideas and so many things I want to do. I can't make any promises, but my goal is to start uploading videos again next year!

It's been 5ever

Its been so long since: A I've updated this blog and B: I've uploaded a video. I haven't made a blog post in well over a year and I haven't uploaded or made a video since June. I just wanted to hop on here to explain my absence.

Plain and simple, I've been busy with school. This semester especially, I've been wanting to focus on school. This semester I'm graduating from the community college I go to, so I've been really trying to end my time here with a bang and do as well as I can, which means I won't be able to work on videos. My plan though is to start making a ton of Christmas videos so that I can upload a ton during the month of December, but who knows what'll happen.

On the bright side my friend and I will be working on an AGSM together for a project of hers and obviously I'll be uploading it to my channel once its done. It'll be by far the longest stop motion I've ever made and I can't wait for you guys to see it!

Channel Changes

So as you can see by the title I've made some minor changes regarding my channel and I thought I'd give you an update on what those are.

1) I will not be making my summer short film, "The Case of the Missing Fabric."
-If you follow my backup channel, MuseAG BTS, you would know I posted a video on there as a sneak preview of my summer short film, and I was going to use that film to showcase my dolls and their personalities through Kit's video evidence as she finds Julie's Pink fabric. Considering I start school Monday the 22nd and the video was going to be 7 minutes long and I only had 30 seconds done, there is no way I'd be able to get it done before school starts. I also became bored with the plot line and I just wasn't getting into making it. I can't seem to force myself to make it. I wasn't getting into it and I can't seem to make a video I'm not getting into.

2) I got a new doll! She's JLY #61 and her name is Laikyn Jane Perry. She's Danielle's sister and she has Muscular Dystrophy so she's in a wheelchair. I got her when I went to the AGP Detroit.

3) As I said earlier I'll be starting school on the 22nd. Starting the 28th I'll be going back to posting videos only twice a week: Sunday and Wednesday.

I think those are the biggest changes I have regarding my channel. If I think of anything else, I'll include them in Kit's August Report.

"You'll Never Find Out" is being made private.

So I recently made the decision to make my mini series, "You'll never find out" Private. I haven't deleted it, though. I just made the 2 episodes private. I honestly just wasn't feeling the series. I kept it private instead of deleting it though, just in case if I ever feel like coming back to it, then I won't have to re-upload the first 2 episodes. If you still want to watch more series', I still have City of Angels and Blue Yesterday, so go and watch those or something.

New doll!

Last week Tuesday I went on eBay and out of curiosity I searched "Ivy American Girl Doll." For a while I've been wanting an Asian doll but I wasn't too keen on the ones they sold in the "Truly Me" line. Not that they weren't pretty; I think all the AG dolls are pretty and if I were to buy an AG doll just cause she's pretty, I'd have all of them, but none of them ever stuck out to me. I never really paid attention to Ivy until recently, and once I saw photos of her, I knew I had to have her, so out of curiosity I searched for her on eBay and there was one being sold with her accessories (Minus her coin and underwear) for 115, free shipping! So I asked my mom if I could buy her, and she said yes! So everyone, welcome Alex Lazuli Ling to the MuseAG family!!!

If you want to see more photos of her, I'll be uploading them all to my Instagram! I also uploaded an opening video to my Youtube Channel! I'm so happy with my purchase, and I can't get over how stinking cute she is!! If you haven't noticed, my last 3 dolls have been more about bringing diversity into the MuseAG house. I've really been wanting to get dolls that are very different than the ones I already have, and Alex does just that!

Summer Vacation

Next week, the week of May 8th, is my last week of classes. That means I'll be able to dedicate more time to making stop motions! I'm really excited about that because the last one I made was for Easter and that was several months ago.

Since it'll be summer vacation that means there'll be some changes to my channel

First of all, like I said, I'll have more time to dedicate to making stop motions, so you all will be getting more of those.

Second of all, I'll be now uploading videos three times a week instead of two. So I'll be uploading every Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday.

City of Angels will be starting and Blue Yesterday will be over next week Sunday, aka Mothers day, which makes me pretty sad because I really like Blue Yesterday.

Also, next week Wednesday I'll be having an "Ask the Cast: Blue Yesterday Edition" (as per request from Eden Productions aka Sarah) so if you have any questions for the Blue Yesterday cast, feel free to ask them on this blog post, on the video I'll be making announcing the Ask the Cast, which I'll link below and will be up on Mothers Day, or my most recent post on Instagram which will again be up on Mothers Day after the last episode of Blue Yesterday is out.

I think that's everything I wanted to touch on, so thanks for sticking with me through my last few weeks of school! I can't wait to be more active again!
